Team Developer
$18.01/hour - Full time position
This is a non-exempt management position that reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for overseeing and coordinating Medicaid-funded programs. The role combines program administration, staff supervision, client services, compliance oversight, budgeting, reporting, and organizational leadership. This is primarily an office-based position, with community-based client interactions as needed. Occasional evening, weekend, and on-call responsibilities. Requires mobility and physical activity. Fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; significant management experience may substitute.

At least 3 years of human services experience.

Knowledge of program management, Medicaid services, budgeting, operations, and best practices.

Strong computer, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Direct Support Professional
$16.50/hour starting wage
Full-time and Part-time
Direct Support Professionals (DSP) assist adults in the community and their own homes. Among those cared for are people with cognitive impairments, chronic illnesses and other disabilities needing assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to create positive impacts on their individuals’ lives and enjoy encouraging, mentoring, and coaching others to achieve their goals.
